To the Dugan family ~ I have such fond memories of Mr. Dugan. He was always so very kind and pleasant, and such a good public servant! I appreciated his guidance during my short stint in local politics ~ and I will always remember his greeting me with "How are you doing, young lady?". Prayers to all of you for God's comfort and peace, and may you find joy in your many memories.

To the Dugan Family, or sincere deepest sympathies. We always admired Jim and respected his Community Service. He'd always say hello when he and Mrs Dugan were out walking and pass our house, or He'd always wave and say "hello" as he drove by. One of the friendliest, kindest, man we knew.

I am so sorry to hear of Jim's death. He was a cheerful man who loved others and did his very best to make sure that Springdale was the very best. He attended our son Joel's Eagle Scout ceremony several years ago and gave him a glowing letter of recommendation. Jim always asked about Joel by name whenever he saw me or my late husband, even after Joel got married and moved away.

Rest in eternal peace, Jim.
