Glenn L. Wilson

      Glenn "Bus" L. Wilson, 90, of Cheswick, passed away on Friday December 9, 2016.  He was born on October 18, 1926 to his parents, the late Glen and Margaret (Teets) Wilson and was a lifelong member of the community.  Glenn served in the U.S. Navy during WWII as a signalman; after his discharge he attended Geneva college and was a graduate of Northwestern University.  He was a substitute teacher at Allegheny Valley School District for many years.  Mr. Wilson and his father were the founders of Glen's Frozen Custard in Springdale.

He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years Shirley "Pat" (Hardy) Wilson, daughter Janette (Larry) Godin of Normal, Illinois, Glenn R. (Vicki) Wilson of Cheswick, grandchildren Jeremy (Sandra), Abigail (Joseph), Julie (Timothy) and Elias (April), and great-grandchildren Elliott, Eve, Lucy and Harrison.
