William T. Diehm

William T. Diehm Jr., 73, of Harwick, passed away peacefully at home Monday, October. 22, 2018, with his family beside him. He was the son of the late William Sr. and Alice Bowden Diehm and was a lifelong resident of the community. Bill graduated from Fox Chapel High School in 1964. After graduation, he served in the Army during the Vietnam War. Bill worked for Haskell's as a team leader for many years where he eventually retired. He belonged to the Springdale VFW where he was a life member and enjoyed baseball, football and especially spending time with his grandkids and family. Surviving him are loving wife of 50 years, Donna Beadling Diehm; sons, Craig Diehm and Dave Crow, of Monongahela, and Mark (Andrea) Diehm, of Arnold; daughter, Michelle Diehm and Tim Wilks, of Vandergrift; six sisters, Gloria Stec, of Gibsonia, Joanne Porretti, of California, Barbara Janicki, of Monroville, Sandra (Bob) Frole, of North Carolina, Alice Marie (Bill) Kline, of Cheswick, and Kim (Nick) Nikolaevich, of Tarentum; brother, Robert (Colleen) Diehm, of North Carolina; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Services and interment were private at the request of Mr. Diehm. Arrangements supervised by the CHARLES B. JARVIE FUNERAL HOMES INC.
