Thomas P. Zurisko, 70, of Springdale, passed away on June 26, 2026, at UPMC East Hospital with family by his side. He was born on March 26, 1956, to his late parents, John Zurisko and Josephine (DePoli) Zurisko, and has been a lifelong member of the community. Tom worked for Allegheny County for many years. He belonged to the Elks and Eagles, both of Tarentum, and enjoyed going to the Rivers Casino and watching the Pi sburgh Steelers and Pirates. Tom is survived by his siblings, Damian (Nancy) Zurisko of Springdale, John (Susan) Zurisko of Sarver, Marianne Morgan of NY, James (Diane) Zurisko of Sarver, Joanne (John) Prefling of Lower Burrell, and Dianne (Mitchell) Karaica of Sarver. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and his friend Sandy. In addition on to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Allyson Zurisko, and brother-in-law, Bruce Morgan. The family extends their graditude to the many caregivers Tom had throughout the years. Your support and generosity will always be remembered with deep apprecia on. Per Tom’s wishes, there will be no public services held. The family appreciates your thoughts and prayers during this time. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lower Valley Community Food Bank.
