Sandra Sopchack 75, of Springdale, passed away June 22, 2024 in UPMC Shadyside Hospital. She was born January 14, 1949 to her parents, Helen Bombeck and the late Michael Pochan. Sandra was a grandmother, mother, daughter, aunt, cousin, and friend. She loved to travel with her husband Ken of 44 years. Her favorite spots were Hawaii and Florida. She enjoyed shopping, gardening, spotting deer at Deer Lakes Park and dining out. She worked two jobs of which she spent more than 20 years at each. She grew up attending the Baptist church in springdale. She was a lifelong resident of springdale. She accepted Jesus Christ before she passed. Sandra enjoyed spending time with her family during the holidays and attending concerts in McKeesport and monroville during the summer months. Seeing the Trans-Siberian Orchestra was a family favorite during christmas. She was a big conservative americana type of lady for alot of her relatives that were in the service. Surviving her are Loving husband of 44 years Kenneth A. Sopchack, Daughter's Sherry Allison, Christine and Amanda Sopchack, granddaughter Abigal and one brother Ronald Pochan. Services were private.
