Rose Marie Kun

Rose Marie Kun Of Harmar Township went to a better place than she had recently been on October 26, 2024.Rose Marie’s favorite pastimes included the Hallmark Channel, concerts in the park, traveling, reading, and enjoying the benefits of being a lifelong “foodie.” Rose Marie will be dearly missed by her loving children Cynthia, her husband William Boles; David and his wife Diane Kun; grandchildren Daniel, Anna Marie, Jacob, and Nathan, as well as her extended family and friends. Rose Marie was part of a second work family who adoringly referred to her as “Mrs. Kun.” Rose Marie is survived by her sister Bertha Shearer of Oakmont, and brother James Sokol of New Kensington. Rose Marie was predeceased by her devoted husband, Lawrence. We used to joke that we would bury her with her vacuum sweeper, but what we all would give to hear that machine once more. The burial will be private, and a celebration of life will be announced at a later date. In place of flowers, please support the Springdale Free Public Library in her name.
