Norma J. Fraser

Norma J. (Elkin) Fraser, 83, of Harwick, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2023, in Belair Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born June 25, 1939, to her parents, the late John and Georgie Lynn Elkin, and has been a longtime resident of the community. Mrs. Fraser was of the Presbyterian faith and enjoyed playing bingo, tending to her flower gardens, talking on the phone to her family and especially spending time with her grandchildren. Surviving her are her son, John (Maria) Fraser, of Natrona Heights, son, Joseph (Michelle) Fraser, of Springdale, son, Timothy (Diana) Fraser, of Springdale, sister, Linda Podobensky, of Ford City, and grandchildren, Tia, Tara, Marissa, Mallory, Jessica and Joshua. Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Fraser; two brothers, John and David Elkin, and one sister, Cora Elkin. Friends are invited to attend her celebration of life service at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at Lakewood Memorial Gardens Chapel.  In lieu of flowers, her family suggests donating to your favorite charity in her name. www.jarviefuneralhome.com
