Mary E. Doris, 85, of Springdale went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ after a long battle with cancer on Tuesday April 21, 2026. She was born April 11, 1941, to her late parents, Joseph and Mary Barile Iadicicco. Mrs. Doris was a member of Springdale Open Bible Church. Mary had a strong enduring faith through her many trials, daily reading her Bible and devotional books and prayer for her family, always encouraging her family and friends. She also enjoyed crocheting, reading and especially cheering on the Pittsburgh Penguins and Pirates. Mary graduated from St. Rosalia's High School in Greenfield, PA and Maison Felix Beauty Academy in Pittsburgh. She was a beautician and owned and operated Salon of Cappello in Springdale for many years. Her most fulfilling role was being a housekeeper and nanny to 5 children for 17 years before retiring in 2011.

Son Joseph (Michelle) Doris of Washington, PA.
Daughter Lisa (Richard) Mathews of Springdale
Four grandchildren Timothy, Erikka, Anthony and Erin.
4 great-grandchildren McKenzie, Isabella, Abigail and Aspen.

Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by Robert Doris whom she was married to for 31 years.
Friends will be received on Friday April 24, 2026, in THE CHARLES B. JARVIE SPRINGDALE FUNERAL HOME INC. 801 Pgh. St. from 3-7pm. Services will commence on Saturday at 10am in the funeral home with her Pastor Rick Fiore officiating with burial to follow in Springdale Cemetery. www.jarviefuneralhome.com
