Lorraine Zebrine

Lorraine Zebrine 63, of Cheswick, passed away at home Wednesday June 19, 2024 with her family by her side. She was born September 29, 1960 to parents Rose Pizoli Zebrine and the late Gerald Zebrine.

She put herself through college, attending IUP and earning a degree in Biology. Her career began at H.J. Heinz in the Accounts Receivable Dept and ended by retiring from Del Monte having risen to Accounts Receivable Manager. In retirement Lorraine took on the role of Manager of Cheswick Borough. Under her guidance she greatly improved the Borough financial standing.

Lorraine lived an active life. Some of the activities she enjoyed include: golfing, bowling, beach vacationing, and socializing/interacting with her friends and family. Her most cherished accomplishment was the bond and love she had with her grandchildren: Beckham, Stella, Brady, and Emerson.

She is survived by husband Thomas Walker, Mother Rose Zebrine, sister Debbie {Larry} Kuhns, brother Gerald {Bonnie} Zebrine, brother Michael (Margaret}  Zebrine, brother Mark (Pam) Zebrine, stepdaughter Ashley Walker, stepson Brad (Jaclyn) Walker, nephews L.J. (Catherine) Kuhns, Brandon (Brooke) Zebrine, Kyle (Justine) Zebrine, nieces, Roseann (Paula) Kuhns, Renee (Nate) Conroy, and Maggie (A.J.) Zebrine. A special thank you to sister-in-law, Debbie Forniciari, for her caregiving.

Friends will be received Friday June 21, 2024, in THE CHARLES B. JARVIE CHESWICK FUNERAL HOME INC. from 4-8pm.  Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday June 22nd at 10am in Our Lady of Victory/guardian Angel parish.  Everyone is asked to please meet at church.
