Lillian Phillips (Davidow) Santy, 92, died Thursday August 5, 2021, at Harmar Village Care Center. Born on July 11, 1929, in Triadelphia, WV to Sergey and Helen Davidow, she grew up in Curtisville, PA and graduated from West Deer High School. She worked several jobs in New Kensington and Lower Burrell. Lillian always made the best potato salad and chicken soup, and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She married Paul Eugene Phillips on December 23, 1950, and together they had two daughters, Debra and Diane. Lillian and Paul lived in Washington Township until his death in 1979. On May 1, 1982, she married Frank Santy and gained two more daughters. Lillian and Frank lived in Washington Township/Murrysville before moving to Harwick in 1993. In addition to her first husband, Paul, Lillian is predeceased by siblings, John, Frank, Helen, Sophia, Mary, and Matilda. Lillian is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Frank Santy, daughters Debra Phillips (Tim) Cejka of Latrobe; Diane Phillips (Frank) Paul of Raphine, VA.; Patricia Santy (Ed) Draper of Enterprise, FL; and Pam Santy (Rich) Miles of Abingdon, VA, and her sister, Joan Caro of Harwick, as well as 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Friends are welcome to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at 10 AM at Our Lady of Victory Church, Harwick. Interment will be private for her immediate family only. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis TN, 38105.
