John C. Durkot

John C. Durkot, 64, of McCandless Twp. (formerly of Springdale and Cheswick) died Sunday November 13, 2022, in UPMC Passavant. He was born March 22, 1958, in New Kensington to the late John and Margaret Hudak Durkot. John loved soccer, as he played High School, and College and then Coached. He was a retired Insurance Underwriter for number of different companies. He is survived by his four children, sons, Jacob Durkot of Monroeville, and Matthew Durkot of Hampton Twp.: his daughters Rachel and Rebecca Durkot both of Phoenix, Arizona. Sister Marjorie Carlyle of Cheswick and two nieces Katherine McHenry and Elizabeth Carlyle. Friends and family will be received Friday November 18, a blessing service will be at 2 pm and visitation from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the CHARLES B. JARVIE SPRINGDALE FUNERAL HOME INC.801 Pittsburgh Street. Burial will be private.
