John E. (III) Carichner

John E. Carichner III, 69, of Blawnox, passed away Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023, in Canterbury Place, Pittsburgh. He was born Jan. 4, 1954, to his parents, the late John II and Dorothy Anderson Carichner. John served in the Army during the Vietnam War. After his discharge, he worked as a self-employed construction business. Surviving him are son, John Carichner IV (Macie Shock); two grandchildren, Isaac and McKenzie; and sister, Lisa Kelly. Besides his parents, he was preceded by his wife, Susan Moir Carichner; and brothers, Mark, Kevin and Terry Carichner. Services and interment are private. www.jarviefuneralhome.com.
