Jeanne Ann (Jaros) Shemenski

Jeanne Ann (Jaros) Shemenski, 67, of Harmar Township, passed away Sunday, Nov. 14, 2021, in Allegheny General Hospital. She was born Nov. 11, 1954, to her parents, the late George and Marina Gallo Jaros, and has been a longtime resident of the community. Mrs. Shemenski worked for the former Millennia in Cheswick for many years and was of the Catholic faith. She enjoyed gardening, taking walks and especially spending time with her grandchildren and family. Surviving are her loving husband of 45 years, Dale A. Shemenski; daughters, Krista Blair, of Tarentum, and Corrin (Michael) Marsh, of Gibsonia; sisters, Carol Zak and Kathy McKown; brothers, George Jaros Jr., Steve Jaros and Joey Jaros; and four grandchildren, Sophia and Samantha Blair and Harmonie and Zander Marsh. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2021, in the CHARLES B. JARVIE CHESWICK FUNERAL HOME INC., 1607 Pittsburgh St., where services will start at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, with burial to follow in Deer Creek Cemetery.
