Jean A. Zatlin, 82, of Cheswick, died peacefully Monday, July 4, 2022. She was born Feb. 16, 1940, in Homewood, to the late Ralph and Elizabeth Stanton. Jean was a bank teller for Mellon Bank and was active in her church, where she counted weekly contributions and supported various charitable efforts. She is survived by her three sons, Michael (Darlene) Zatlin, of Leechburg, Ralph (Debra) Zatlin, of Penn Hills, and Dennis (Linda) Zatlin, of Malvern; and her two daughters, Mary Beth (Ronald) Sikora, of Cheswick, and Tracy (Joe Pallmeri) Zatlin, of McKeesport. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Gregg Zatlin, Sandra Wallace, Sarah Maisel, Emily and Erin Sikora, Garrett and Brett Zatlin and George Pompura III; as well as her eight grandchildren. Jean was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Frederick Zatlin; sister, Joan McGuigan; and brother, Neil Stanton. Friends and family will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 7, 2022, at the CHARLES B. JARVIE CHESWICK FUNERAL HOME INC. located at 1607 Pittsburgh St., Cheswick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 8, at Holy Family Parish (St. Irenaeus Church), 378 Maryland Ave., Oakmont. Entombment will follow in Allegheny Cemetery, Lawrenceville.
