Jean (Bayne) Orbin

Jean Bayne Orbin, 89, Springdale, formerly of Oakmont, passed away Thursday Oct. 7, 2021, at home. She was born June 7, 1932, to her late parents Henderson and Bertha Faith Bayne and has been a longtime member of the community. Mrs. Orbin worked for the former Presbyterian Home in Oakmont, where she eventually retired. Surviving her are son, William Orbin and fiancee, Brenda Weible, son, Thomas Orbin, of Cheswick; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; her faithful K-9, Teko. Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul R. Orbin; daughter, Carylynn Orbin; son, Kevin Orbin. Friends are welcome Monday October 11, 2021  from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at CHARLES B. JARVIE SPRINGDALE FUNERAL HOME INC., 801 Pittsburgh St., Springdale, PA 15144.
