James J. Kutchko

James Joseph Kutchko 58 of West Deer passed away peacefully in his sleep at home Tuesday, July 22, 2025

Jim was born January 4, 1967. Jim was the son of Joseph and Patricia Kutchko.  Jim was part owner of Kutchko Nursery for many years. He was a member of the Cheswick Golf League for several years. In past years he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Jim enjoyed spending time with his family, he also enjoyed riding his four wheeler with his son Jesse and driving his Hummer.

Jim had a great sense of humor always wanting to make others laugh and put a smile on their face.  He was liked by all who knew him.  Jim had a big heart and loved to help other people.

Jim is survived by his son, Jesse James Kutchko of Valencia, Cathy Shawver his significant other of West Deer, one brother, David Kutchko of Valencia, one sister, Terri Kutchko, of California and father and mother, Joseph and Patricia Kutchko of Allison Park.  All of whom he loved dearly.  Jim had two beautiful husky dogs, Micco James and Sequaiah Lynn that he loved so very much and they loved him just as much.  He also had two beloved cats, Squeaks Marie, and Samantha Lynn, and their sweet lil dog Weezy boy.

A celebration of life will be held in lieu of a funeral on Sunday, August 3rd, 1-4pm at the comfort Inn at RIDC.
