Jacqueline (Jackie) Morris

January 1937 - March 2025
Jackie loved traveling and was blessed to travel the world. She retired from nursing after a long career at UPMC McKeesport, then spent her retirement traveling North America full time. Jackie spent many summers volunteering at various state parks and wildlife preserves. Her winters were spent at the Escapee’s organization in Texas where she lived and volunteered, till she moved back to Pennsylvania. She was a lifelong Catholic and member of Catholic Daughters of the Americas.
Parkinson’s depleted Jackie’s last couple of years and left her ready for her final trip to a new home with Jesus. She is no longer suffering and is in peace.
Jackie is survived by sisters Roxanne Peyton of Arizona and Patricia O'Connor of New York, daughters Sharon (William) Stahl of Monroeville and Marie (Robert) Huber of Oakmont, grandchildren Lisa Billett, Michael Billett, Robert Billett, and Nichole Gabriel, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by parents Lloyd LaVoy and Helen Schultz, sister Suzanne LaVoy, and daughter Cynthia Billett.
Jackie made an impression on everyone she met and will live forever in our hearts.
