Hilda M. Suity

Hilda M. Suity, 96, of Harwick, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2023, in Amberwoods. She was born Oct. 31, 1926, to her parents, the late Harry Lee and Etta Mae Fletcher Hall, and has been a longtime resident of our community. Mrs. Suity was a member of Christian Missionary Alliance Church, in Harmar, where she taught Sunday school for many years. She also worked as a hairdresser out of her home until she eventually retired. Surviving her are her sons, Daniel (Elaine) Suity, of New Kensington, Andrew (Cynthia) Suity, of Glenshaw; six grandchildren, April (Dean) Wisnesky, Noah, Stephen, Morgan, Malina and Carla; three great-grandchildren, Zachary, Payten and Austin; and daughter-in-law, Rose Suity. Besides her parents, she was also preceded by her husband, Andrew T. Suity; son, David Suity; and five brothers, Harry, Charles, Frank, William and John, as well as two sisters, Marietta and Emma. Services and interment will be private for the immediate family.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Rock of Ages Church, 124 Pearl Ave., Cheswick, PA 15024. www.jarviefuneralhome.com
