Helen R. (Charlton) Carter

Helen R. Carter 90, of Springdale, passed away December 23, 2024.  She was born October 17, 1934, to her parents, the late Regis and Dorothy Rice Charlton and has been a longtime resident of our valley.  Mrs. Carter worked at Perfect Endings Salon for over 20 years and enjoyed going to craft shows, just enjoying the people she would meet and especially spending time with her family.  Surviving her are:

Daughter Jennifer (Thomas III) Mangol of Springdale

Granddaughter Kilee Carter

Great-grandson Karter Smarr

Sister Marilyn Long

Brother Roy Charlton and sister Anita Carnibuci

As well as nieces and nephews

Preceding her were her husband Robert L. Carter and brothers John and Regis Charlton and a sister Dolores Markham.

Friends will be received on Monday December 30, 2024, from 12-2 pm. in THE CHARLES B. JARVIE SPRINGDALE FUNERAL HOME INC. 801 Pgh. St.  Burial in Lakewood Memorial Gardens.
