Gloria (Lorent) Hayes

Gloria Hayes 94, of Cheswick, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family May 1, 2025.  She was born on March 25, 1931, to her late parents Emil and Margaret Taylor Hayes.  Mrs. Hayes enjoyed crocheting, camping, traveling and especially spending time with her family.  Surviving her are:

Son Kenneth (Karen) Hayes of Tx.

Daughter’s Doris Hayes Federoff of Cheswick

                    Gail (Daniel) Ferrari of Cheswick

Several brothers and one sister

Grandchildren Atalie, Evan, Daniel, Emily, Katie, Jake, Jessica and Dylan.

Great-grandchildren Hayden, Kennedy, Lucy, Hugo, Christopher, Nicholas, Benjamin, Sophia, Leo and one to be born in June.

Besides her parents, preceding her in death are her loving husband Robert Hayes as well as several brothers and sisters.

Friends will be received on Sunday May 4, 2025, from 11am until noon in THE CHARLES B. JARVIE SPRINGDALE FUNERAL HOME INC. 801 Pgh. St.  Private interment will follow in Deer Creek Cemetery beside her husband.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer Association of Greater Pittsburgh or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.  www.jarviefuneralhome.com
