Elsie E. (Andrews) Miller

Elsie E. Miller, 106, of Cheswick, passed away Sunday, Nov. 20, 2022, in Concordia of Wexford. She was born Nov. 7, 1916, to her parents, the late William and Pearl Brown Andrews, and has been a lifelong resident of the community. She was a former member of Our Lady of Victory Church in Harwick and enjoyed sewing, baking, singing and dancing and playing 500 bid with her friends and family. Surviving her are her daughters, Elsie Overly, of New Kensington, Pat Brunner, of Saltsburg, Kathy Baas, of Georgia, Marilyn Kovacs, of Allison Park, and Kristine (Michael) Hrivnak, of Springdale, son, William (Mary Ellen) Miller, of North Carolina; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren as well as loving nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, William Charles Miller, who was known as Irish Billy Miller, a professional boxer and longtime Teamsters member and business agent; three sisters; and one brother. Services and interment will be private for her immediate family.
