Eileen A. (Carrigan) Bresuciak

Eileen A. Bresuciak, 81, of Blawnox, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022, in UPMC St. Margaret, Aspinwall-Pittsburgh. She was born March 7, 1940, in Springdale, to the late Raymond and Ann Mikus Carrigan and was a lifelong resident of Springdale. Eileen was a member of Guardian Angels Parish, St. Alphonsus Church and Red Hats Society, and enjoyed bingo, playing cards and volunteering at UPMC St. Margaret. She is survived by her son, Edward (Susan) Bresuciak, of Bethany Beach, Del.; and daughter, Evelyn (Mario) Swanson, of Springdale; her five grandchildren, Tina Gentile, Nicholas Gentile, Courtney (Dean) Owens, Nicole (Gerald III) Irvine and Matthew (Payton) Swanson; four great-grandchildren, McKenzie, Cadence, Grayson and Aubrey. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward; daughter, Elaine Gentile; brothers, Raymond and George Carrigan; and her great-granddaughter, Madeline Nicole Irvine. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 12, 2022, in Deer Creek Cemetery, Harmar Township. Arrangements are under the care of CHARLES B. JARVIE FUNERAL HOME INC., Springdale-Cheswick.
