Dorothy M. Price, 77, of Plum Boro passed away peacefully Thursday March 25, 2021 surrounded by her four children at UPMC Shadyside Pittsburgh. She was born September 24, 1943 in Sewickley to the late Christopher and Marie Mason. Dorothy and her husband Dick owned and operated Price’s Corner Tavern in Springdale for over 30 years. She was a member of the Eastern Star. She was loved and adored by many and most considered her family. She was very funny and a wonderful storyteller. She honored family traditions and loved passing them on to her children and grandchildren. Dorothy is survived by her two sons: Ronald (Lynne) Price of Leetsdale, Richard (Rebecca) Price of West Leechburg and her two daughters: Karen Krause (Robert Feil) of Level Green, Susan (Eric) Miles of Tarentum, 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Richard “Dick” Price, and a sister Ruth Peel. There will be no public visitations, all services will be private, and she will be buried next to her husband in Plum Creek Cemetery Plum Boro. Arrangements under the care of the Charles B.
