Darryl J. Banas

Darryl J. Banas 65, of Springdale, passed away November 6, 2024.  He was born July 6, 1961, to his late parents, Emil and Rose Gondak Banas.  Darryl was a superb Chef, working in some of the most prestigious restaurants in the world.  Besides cooking, he enjoyed watching his Pittsburgh sports teams and fishing in Florida.  Surviving him are:

Brother Dave (Mary Ann) Banas of Fla.

Nephew David Banas of Ohio

Sister-in-Law Linda Banas Reno of Lower Burrell

He was also preceded in death by brother Duane Banas in 2004.

Friends will be received Sunday November 10, 2024 from 4-6:30pm in THE CHARLES B. JARVIE SPRINGDALE FUNERAL HOME INC. 801 Pgh. St. where service will commence at 6:30. Memorial donations may be made in his name to Springdale Open Bible Church.
