Clara (Maruccio) Romeo

Clara (Maruccio) Romeo, 93, of Springdale, passed away Sunday Dec. 24, 2023. She was born March 31, 1930, in Pittsburgh, to the late Antonio and Louise Maruccio. Clara was the beloved wife of the late John Romeo; and loving mother of Palma (Boni), Paul (Angela), Cathy and Mary Ann (Jeff). She is survived by sister, Jennie Aiello, and preceded in death by Antoinette De Renzo, Catherine Weidman, Phillip Maruccio, Concetta De Caria, Louise Misheck and Ange Visconti. Nunnie will be missed by her eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Friends and family are invited for a visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2024, in THE CHARLES B. JARVIE SPRINGDALE FUNERAL HOME INC., 801 Pittsburgh St., Springdale. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 4, in Our Lady of Victory/Guardian Angel Parish with burial to follow in Mt.
