Christopher E. Artem

Christopher E. Artem, 77, of Braddock Hills, sadly passed away Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2025, with his loving wife by his side. He was born December. 20, 1947, to his parents, the late Ernest and Ruth Carr Artem. Besides his parents, Chris was preceded in death by his sister Audrey Simon.  Mr.  Artem has been a lifelong member of the Braddock Hills community. He was of the Catholic faith and enjoyed reading, fishing, boating and he enjoyed watching his Pittsburgh sports teams. He especially loved his family and spending time with them. Surviving are his loving wife, Monica Prasnikar Artem, daughter, Candice (Wayne) Drish, of Pittsburgh; son, Christoper (Ciara) Artem, of Ireland; grandchildren, Brigid Artem, Collen Turok, Connor Drish, and Caelin Drish, as well as, many nieces, nephews and cousins. Services and interment were private for his immediate family.
