Cecil Jay Hall 78, of Westmoreland County, passed away November 26, 2025. He was born April 12, 1947, to his late parents, Cecil and Virginia Myers Hall. Jay loved to watch DIY shows, cowboy movies and enjoyed playing with his cats, Milo, Molly and Frankie. He enjoyed many years working for Sunoco and St. Moritz Security company where he eventually retired.
Surviving him are his 2nd wife of 25 years Sonia Hall; sisters, Jackie Liotta and Grace Mitchum, his son, Donald Hall; Stepson Roger Arvin, sister-in-Law Maria Coley and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his first wife Sarah, sister Marion DeMocko and one brother William Hall and maternal grandparents Bill and Velva Myers. Special thanks to Interim hospice Care who gave him such great care. Friends will be received on Monday December 1, 2025, from 5pm until services at 6:45pm in THE CHARLES B. JARVIE CHESWICK FUNERAL HOME INC. 1607 Pgh. St. Burial will be private.
