Arthur Naccarato 86, of Harwick, formerly of New Kensington, passed away August 31, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born December 21, 1938, the son of the late Nicola and Maria (Runco) Naccarato.
He began his working life as a skilled shoemaker in McKeesport alongside his brother. He later dedicated most of his career to Gulf Research, where he worked faithfully for many years.
Arthur enjoyed cooking, gardening, watching westerns and mostly spending time with his family.
Arthur is survived by his devoted wife, Sara (Nicholas) Naccarato. He was the proud father of Nick Naccarato, Lisa (John) Medved, Belinda (James) Andrews, and Melissa (Michael) Mitchell. His joy multiplied with his grandchildren, Matthew Smith, Ryan (Melissa) McGranahan, Bryson and Kaycie Andrews, Madison Medved, Michael and Christopher Mitchell, who he referred to as the Magnificent Seven, and his great granddaughter, CeCe Smith.
He is also survived by his sisters, Mary Ann (Ron) Boyd of New Kensington, Rose (Reynold) Monteleone of New Kensington and Carmella (Bill) Acre of Lower Burrell. He was preceded in death by his brothers, M. John Naccarato and Dominick A. Naccarato, both of Elizabeth Township.
Friends will be received Thursday, September 11, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. in The Charles B. Jarvie SPRINGDALE Funeral Home Inc., 801 Pittsburgh Street. Graveside services will be on Friday the 12th at 11am. in Deer Creek Cemetery.
