Wilhelmina (Sell) Carroll

Wilhelmina (Sell) Carroll, 88, of Cheswick, died Sunday, Feb. 4, 2018, in Canterbury Place. She was born Nov. 10, 1929. The daughter of the late Joseph and Lila Kerr Sell, she was a lifelong resident of the community. Mrs. Carroll was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Springdale and enjoyed reading and watching television. Surviving her are sons, Dennis E. (Marlene) Carroll, of Springdale, and M. Joseph Carroll, of Cheswick; brother, Joseph Sell, of Las Vegas, Nev.; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Matthew E. Carroll, and her daughter, Mollie O'Leath. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2018, in THE CHARLES B. JARVIE CHESWICK FUNERAL HOME INC., 1607 Pittsburgh St., where services will commence at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018, with Pastor Tricia Schneck officiating.
