Richard G. Coffman, 77, passed away peacefully at home in Eastlake, Ohio, on Sunday, Feb. 25, 2018. He was born in Clinton to the late Richard Cofffman and Josephine (Ernie) Gamble on Sept. 13, 1940. Rich was a self-employed contractor. He was an accomplished stone mason, carpenter and specialty roofer. He was a man of many talents, a drummer for many years in the Stoney Brooks Band and a coach and officer for many years with Ar-Ken Youth Football. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of more than 30 years, Marian (Ross) Coffman; daughter, Jamie Lee Coffman; and two brothers, Frank and Jim Coffman. He is survived by his wife, Marietta "Mary," of Eastlake, Ohio; his son, Rich (Julie) Coffman, of New Kensington; grandsons, Carter, Jack, Parker and JAngelo; granddaughters, Kaley and Arianna; stepdaughters, Amber, Renee and Barbara; six step-grandchildren; his brother, Bill Coffman; brother-in-law, Gary (Jan) Ross; and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 until a celebration of life service at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 7, in Cheswick at CHARLES B. JARVIE FUNERAL HOME INC., 1607 Pittsburgh St. Private burial next to Marian will be in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.
