Margaret "Peggy" A. Bowser

Margaret “Peggy” A. (Fike) Bowser, 66, of Springdale, passed away peacefully on August 16, 2017, after a long illness. She was born July 29, 1951 in New Kensington, daughter of the late Lewis and Margaret “Midge (Lochrane) Fike. She graduated from S.H.S. “Class of 69”, and lived in the Valley her entire life. She worked for many years as a caregiver at East Deer Personal Care Home until she became ill. She was well known for her “feistiness”, but was loved by all who knew her. She loved animals and always had pets. She enjoyed having a good time, but she especially loved her family. Her survivors include her 2 sons, Jeffrey Bowser Jr., of Creighton, Shawn Bowser of Springdale, sisters Kathy (James) Marks of Philadelphia New York, Patty Fike of Cheswick, Lou Ann (Steve) McNair of Spring Hill Florida, her grandchildren Jayda & Jeffrey Bowser and there mother Millissa Sippel, Niece Jennifer Marks, nephews Patrick, Andrew and Nathan Marks, Michael, Joe and Mark Marsh and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles whom she loved dearly. A private memorial service was held on Saturday afternoon. Memorial contributions may be made to Animal Protectors 533 Linden Street New Kensington Pa. 15068.
