Joseph M. Marchek

Joseph Matthew Marchek, 50, of Springdale, passed away on Wednesday March 21, 2018 in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. He was born September 5, 1967 to his mother Harriet Jane (Edwards) Marchek and his father, the late Matthew Marchek and has been a lifelong resident of the community. He was employed as a machinist. Joe enjoyed fishing, being in the outdoors and watching his children’s sports teams. He especially liked spending time with his family and his pets. Surviving him are his life partner and best friend Tina Louise McCutcheon. Son’s Matthew E. Marchek, Joseph A. Marchek, Shane M. Marchek, Kodie L. Marchek and daughter Amber D. Marchek, sister’s Bonnie J. Lott and Janet A. Myers, Grandson Lucas M. Shoop , future son in law Michael Shoop, as well as several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday April 7, 2018 at 11 am in the Lower Burrell Allegehny Wesleyan Methodist Church 312 Kurt Street Lower Burrell Pa. 15068  with the Rev. Teddy Zeigler and James Dowds officiating. Following the service a lunch will be held at Puckety Presbyterian Faith Hall 1009 Puckety Church Road Lower Burrell Pa. 15068.
