Rose I. Hrabos, 95, of New Castle, formerly of Springdale died Monday March 19, 2018 at UPMC Jameson. She was born October 8, 1922 in Vintondale to the late Joseph and Julia Ruszin Inklovich and moved to Springdale in 1942. She was a 1940 graduate of Turtle Creek High School and had been employed at Westinghouse Electric and PPG in Creighton where she met her dear Henry. A former member of St. Alphonsus Church in Springdale, Rose enjoyed bingo, playing cards, cooking, bowling but most of all her family. She is survived by her three daughters, Ilona (Ed) Wilkosz of Allegheny Twp., Julene (Mike) Lavorini of North Jackson Ohio, Darlene (Claude) Buttgereit of New Castle and her son Ray Hrabos of Springdale. 6 grandchildren Natalie Slifer, Gwen Schoonover, Shelby Lew, Jocelyn Latta, Brian Lavorini, and Gabrielle Buttgereit, also 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Henry Hrabos Sr. a son Henry (Buzzy) Hrabos Jr., a sister Helen Cowfer, two brothers Joseph and Frank Inklovich, one grandson Ryan and one great-grandson Owyn. The family will receive friends on Thursday March 22, 2018 from 5-8 pm in SPRINGDALE at the Charles B. Jarvie Funeral Home Inc. 801 Pittsburgh Street, additional visitation Friday morning from 10 am. untill funeral service at 11 am Friday March 23 by the Rev.
