Margaret (Marcie) (Kulbacki) Tabacheck

Margaret "Marcie" Kulbacki Tabacheck, 65, of Springdale, passed away Monday, Feb. 19, 2018, at Allegheny General Hospital, from complications due to diabetes and COPD. Marcie was born Sept. 16, 1952, to her parents, the late Joseph and Bertha Maciejewski Kulbacki, and has been a lifelong resident of the Valley. She graduated from Mt. Alvernia High School in 1970. Marcie was a chef for 17 years in UPARK, where she eventually retired. She belonged to Holy Family Church in Creighton and enjoyed playing cards, cooking and going to the casino with her family. Surviving her are her husband, Raymond Tabacheck; daughter, Pam Tabacheck; son, Ray Tabacheck Jr.; granddaughter, Ciara Tabacheck; two brothers, Robert and Lenny Kulbacki; and one sister, Lorraine Sullivan. Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Daniel Kulbacki. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018, in the CHARLES B. JARVIE SPRINGDALE FUNERAL HOME INC., 801 Pittsburgh St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday  at 10 a.m. in Holy Family Church, Creighton. Burial will be private.
