Helen Ann Smith

Helen Ann Smith passed away peacefully on July 30, 2017 surrounded by her family at Allegheny Valley Hospital. 

She was born August 2, 1931 to the late John A. and Agnes (Budz) Himelinski of Russellton, and was the sister to the late Stanley (Andrea) Himelinski of Clinton Twp.

Helen graduated from Springdale High School in 1949, and also FPM Data Processing School.  She was the Judge of Election in Frazer Twp. and worked for Kmart,

Thrift Drug, FPM, Edgewater Steel and Datawares.

She is survived by her husband Jeffery Smith of Cheswick, daughters Kathy (David) Valenti and Barbara Carter all from Cheswick; three grandchildren Mark, Michael and Katie Valenti;

and two great-grandchildren.

Helen was a kind and loving person to all who knew her, and loved being a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. 

She enjoyed watching the Steelers and being around her family, friends and pets.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 27th at The Charles B. Jarvie Cheswick Funeral Home 1607 Pittsburgh Street, Cheswick from 2 to 4 pm
