Carol J. (Lochrane) Walters, 70, of Lower Burrell, formerly of Springdale, passed away on Thursday May 4, 2017.  She was born on August 27, 1946 to her parents, the late Hugh and Shirley Ferguson Lochrane and has been a lifelong resident of the Valley.  Mrs. Walters was of the Catholic faith and worked for Longwood at Oakmont for many years.  She belonged to The Lower Burrell VFW Post#  92 and was active with the ladies auxiliary there.  Most importantly, Carol loved her family and grandchildren and will be greatly missed by all.

Surviving her are her loving husband James W. Walters

Daughter Lisa Marie Walters of Cheswick

Son James M. Walters

Two grandchildren Keidyn James Perle and Hayley Skye Perle

Brother Hugh Lochrane of Fla.

Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8pm Sunday May 7^th at THE CHARLES B. JARVIE CHESWICK FUNERAL HOME INC. 1607 Pgh. St where services will commence on Monday at 11am with burial to follow in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.  www.jarviefuneralhome.com
